5. Intellectual Property Protection

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your use of our Service.

7. Affiliate Partnerships and Monetization

7.1 TravelPayouts Integration

• We partner with TravelPayouts for travel booking services
• You may earn commissions through affiliate links in your itineraries
• Commission rates and terms are subject to TravelPayouts policies
• We may receive a portion of affiliate commissions

7.2 Creator-Customer Relationships

• When you purchase from a creator, you become their customer in addition to being our user
• We share your email address and purchase information with creators for customer relationship management
• Creators may contact you directly regarding their products and services
• You may unsubscribe from creator communications directly with them

7.3 Revenue Sharing

• Revenue sharing terms are specified in your account settings
• Payments subject to minimum thresholds and processing periods
• Tax documentation may be required for payments
• We reserve the right to modify revenue sharing terms with notice

7.4 Third-Party Partnerships

Additional affiliate partnerships may be offered, subject to separate terms and agreements.

8. Artificial Intelligence Terms

8.1 AI-Generated Content

• Our AI generates travel itineraries and recommendations
• AI output is provided "as-is" without guarantees of accuracy
• You acknowledge that AI may produce unexpected or incorrect results
• Human review is recommended for important decisions

8.2 AI Training Data

• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Service interruptions do not entitle refunds unless specified

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Damages Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEEQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID TO SEEQ IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

• User Content violations or intellectual property disputes

12.3 Essential Services Exception

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seeq and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your User Content or violations of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by You

• Cancel your account anytime through account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

• Some obligations survive account termination

14.2 Termination by Seeq

We may terminate your account for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
